Matt Moran & Maggie Beer Chef Lunch

What’s not to love about this! Dine with two of the industry most high profile names. Matt Moran brings an extensive amount of experience, whilst sharing his enthusiasm for food with thousands around the country. Some of his most well recognaised restaurants in Sydney include Barangeroo House, Aria, Chiwick Woollahra, Chiwick At The Gallery as well as North Bondi Fish. With a rural upbringing, Moran grew accustomed to life on a traditional aussie dairy farm. His family still runs the property in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, and because of this, continues to supply beef and lamb to his restaurants.

2019 marks 40 years in the industry for Maggie Beer.  Beer similarly grew up on a farm and starting a farmshop in the beautiful Barossa Valley. After that she loved experimenting to make the most of everything that was farmed.
