Our onsite car park offers affordable and secure underground car parking during your stay at Holiday Inn Potts Point. You can enter via Victoria Street and take the lift from the car park directly into the hotel lobby.
Parking is ticketed and available for overnight hotel guests at a capped rate of $30 per day. Parking for guests not staying at the hotel is available at a capped rate of $40 per day from Monday to Friday and $48 per day on weekends.
Our business centre is located on the ground floor of the hotel and available for guests 24/7.
You’ll enjoy complimentary internet access and printing services, with photocopying, faxing, mail and courier services available from reception.
The hotel offers free wifi throughout the hotel for guests.

The Hotel is offering a reduced laundry service. This will be operating on Mondays and Thursdays only. Items passed on to be laundered prior to 9 am on day of collection will be returned the same day at approximately 5 pm.
Our current housekeeping service is only provided on request, to limit interactions with the team and ensure no one enters your room unless required. If you require your room to be serviced, please let the team know at reception by 9am on the day required. If you only require fresh linen or amenities these can be delivered at any point during your stay, just dial 0 and let the team know what you would like to have brought to the room. Should you be staying longer than 5 nights with us, we will service the room on every 5th day; please let us know a suitable time to do so when you are
Room amenities, including lotion, conditioner and fridge milk containers have been either reduced or removed from the room to avoid any risk of cross contamination. Should you require any additional amenities please call reception, who will be happy to have these delivered to your room.

Holiday Inn Potts Point is currently operating with limited food & beverage capacity for current and future guests until further notice. Guests will have access to essential breakfast supplies and can receive more information on (02) 9368 4000.
Room service and takeaway options are still be available. Takeaway services run from 07:00am to 10:00pm.
In light of the recent lockdown extension to Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Wollongong areas, Holiday Inn has released a reduced hours of operation for in-house room service.
