How about Sydney’s own Everest Race

Australia’s most exciting thoroughbred racing event is set to take place this year at the Royal Randwick in Sydney. The race, which is worth a massive $13 million dollars in prize money, is the richest turf thoroughbred horse race in the world.

The success to attract many buyers for the racing event is the work of an amazing concept that it launched. To get into the racing field, you’ll need to buy a slot which comes with a 3-year commitment at $600k annually. The buyers can, however, nominate their own horse into the race, or have the privilege of negotiating with owners of other horses by cutting them a percentage of the prize money on offer.

Even if you’re not buying, the energy surrounding the event is sure to get you excited for the races. Be sure to catch Australia’s most exciting race at the Royal Randwick in the middle of the Everest Carnival in Sydney.
